Problems with Adjudication in the UK

Have we become inflexible in our approach? Are some delay claims and final account claims too complex for adjudication? Is there a real or perceived procedural imbalance? Enforcement of decisions can exacerbate the perception of injustice as the Courts readily give enforcement.

Perceived problems with adjudication can lead to a feeling of injustice which is magnified by the Court's enthusiasm for enforcing adjudicator's decisions even where the answer is clearly wrong.
