Kevin’s base profession is as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor specialising in Mechanical and Electrical work packages, and continues to assist both the Sub- Contractor and Client on large multi million value accounts. Matthew BritcliffeMatt has 25 years of commercial and project management experience, gained at all stages of the project lifecycle, with a particular focus on dispute avoidance and dispute resolution in adjudication. He has successfully managed and mitigated disputes in a variety of industries, including logistics, defence, high voltage electricity distribution (HVDC & 400kV AC), nuclear new-build, complex nuclear decommissioning, gas storage, gas distribution, capital and operational water, rail power supply upgrade and route modernisation, fibre-optic, and building sector projects. His experience in resolving complex disputes on projects of strategic national interest has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes for his clients. He has managed various high-performing teams, providing strategic leadership and advice at board and investor levels, particularly in the context of dispute resolution strategies. |
